Biography
Currently president of Impact Financial Strategy Inc., Alain began his career as an accountant for a large Quebec company. Afterwards, he became the executive vice-president of a company specializing in the distribution of educational toys. Having gained much business experience, he decided to found his own distribution company.

In 1991, Alain decided to transfer his talents to the financial services field, first as a Sales Manager for Industrial Alliance and then as Branch Manager for Standard Life.

With the help of several partners, Alain moved on to create, in 1999, his own independent financial services firm, Impact Financial Strategy. Since then, Alain strives to make Impact an industry leader with a high quality service and an integrated financial planning approach.

There is no doubt that financial planning for entrepreneurs is Alain’s specialty. He has developed a unique method of analysing financial resource flows applied to personal financial planning. This method is at the roots of the Planiscope Program, a proprietary financial planning software developed by Planist Ltd, Impact’s sister company co-founded by Alain.

Social and Professional Commitment

Alain has participated in several conferences, notably at the UQAM and the École des HEC. He‘s a mentor and teacher to numerous speakers in the financial services sector and a member of a national association of financial distribution firms (United MGA).
